Welcome to TraqHQ. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the TraqHQ website and services (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

TraqHQ is an event aggregation service that collects and displays information about motorsport track day events, high-performance driving education (HPDE) events, and related activities from various sources. The Service allows users to browse events and, for registered users, subscribe to notifications about events at specific tracks or from specific clubs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

5. User Content

5.1 Profile Pictures

You may upload a profile picture to your account. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content in connection with providing the Service.

5.2 Content Standards

You are solely responsible for any content you upload. You agree not to upload content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Infringes any intellectual property rights
  • Contains personally identifiable information of others without consent
  • Contains malware or harmful code

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Event Information Disclaimer

The event information displayed on this Service is aggregated from third-party sources and is provided for informational purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event information
  • Event details (dates, prices, availability) may change without notice
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any event organizers, clubs, or tracks listed on the Service
  • Always verify event details directly with the event organizer before making plans or payments
  • We are not responsible for any damages arising from reliance on information provided through the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are and will remain the exclusive property of TraqHQ and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (such as event registration pages). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You access such third-party sites at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, for registered users, by email notification. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TraqHQ regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and TraqHQ.
